The most current version fixes bugs in the update and create page that didn't process hidden fields properly. I'm using this in production on an intranet with 3500 users and 100k pages/day and it seems to be holding up pretty well and without complaints from the users. The next big step will be to swap out the text boxes for text areas and add in validation for required fields and datatypes which may require adding a field to the database table.
